Single Bedroom East Facing House Plan: This is East Facing single bedroom Vastu House Plan. We tried maximum care in preparing this house plan according to Vastu principles. Single Bedroom house plan, the water sump is located towards Northeast, gate located towards Northeast-east direction.

From the above figure, the Master bedroom is towards Southwest.

The toilet is towards Southeast corner of Southwest bed room, further you may plan to extend the Northeast corner for the Southwest master bedroom, so that the toilet will come at Southeast and as usual the Northeast will extends in master bedroom, with this correction only the problem is the living room area will become smaller than the present shown image here.

Kitchen came towards Southeast part and Living room occupies Northeast part.

This above plan is suitable for the average income group or middle income group families.

Why we have not provided measurements with this floor plan, the reason is simple, some plots may has 30X30 feets, some may has 20X30 feets, some plots may has 30X40 feet, some plots may be 40X50 feets etc, if we provided some measurements, residents misunderstands the measurements and they wantonly planned their home with such measurements only, for example if we provided measurements for 30X40 plot house floor plan, if the residents has only 25X30 feet they thought this floor plan may not be suitable for their plot, yes people are like such a way.

All residents are not intelligent and all are not wise people, some are intelligent and some are illiterates and can't understand the logic behind the floor plans shown here. We have many experiences and found that better to not go with measurements. Now all are comfortable with our floor plans.
