Excellent, Morvelous. This is nothing but Super Star. But dont forget one important point, extension of plot at eshan is only upto one limit, if you cross the limits then you have to bare so much of disturbances, see the below image.
Please check the picture once and once more, this may be called as extension but what about the house dimensions and extension dimenstions, the house dimensions are less than the extension dimensions, so this is not good, it has to treated as extension of southwest side, this image is only for your understanding, you can observe the above one image with the letters Nairuthi Extension , this extension to be treated as the above image.
