We discussed some information on plots, now we will elaborately known some of the tips on selecting the plot. Now we discuss on the water test.
The Water Test :
When you enter into the plot, first observe the soil on which colour it is and the plot is a square plot or non square plot. If you requires to buy the plot, then do one water test at that plot, it is so easy to do the test. First dig one and half feet pit at the soil. Where to dig this pit, maximum select it at northeast corner of the plot, i.e., make the plot 4 parts and in that 4 parts select the northeast corner plot and dig there, no neccesity to dig exactly at northeast corner at northeast block. The size may be One and half feet or 45 cm wide X 45 cm long X 45 cm deep and fill the dig with water. Atleast wait for some time, say about 3 minutes. In between that don't pour extra water into the dig. Just wait and observe the water levels and soil of the dig area. If the ground soaks the water and leaves it 15 cm or less, then the land may be called as low grade plot and should not go for buy it. The remaining water is upto 30 cm deep, then it is of a medium grade plot. If you don't have any other choice to have other plots in some other areas, then only or at that moment only buy this plot, otherwise search for other plot., i.,e if you don't have any other choice, then only take this plot. If the water is marginally absorbed, then we may call it as a good plot for buy. Then you may go for register the plot. You can construct the property there. A clockwise movement of water in the pit indicates a positive movement of energy in the land. If the water is not much absorbed by the soil and aklso moves clockwise, such a plot should be purchased even at a higher cost. If the water moves anticlockwise, then land has negativity or negative movement of energy and there is a posibility of inhabitants may suffer losses, failures, accidents, or even premature deaths in some cases, not in all positions. We have to come to the decision only after seeing the other conditions or other things of the plot and mainly surroundings of the plot. It is better to take the decision , such plots should be avoided.

This type of extension is not at all good and dangerious. Don't go for this extension. if one is having a new plot or place extension towards southeast extension, it may be called as inauspicious plot or bad extension.

Now we are discussing about the good extension plots, here existing owner has purchased the north side plot, its good. If you already done it, then enjoy the good results of north extension plot. North extension is nothing but giving more chances for earning money. If you done it, then you will get more chances for new business or new chances for extra income. But one should not construct the north plot, when there is a East street focus to the main plot or Home. So it is better to take experts suggestions before buying the property. Otherwise you may be the victim. If time comes to pressurised to buy the north plot, then buy it, but don't merge it with your original property without having experts advices.

Here existing house owner has purchased the east side plot, this is also very good work. He will enjoy the benefits of east side. The same above rules are also applicable to thie plot, read the north street focus instead of east street focus. Please note that the east extension plot should not be elevated. If so it is better to plain the ground land as equal to the main property. Degrees is also important. If the plot is 90% then, it is said to be auspicious one. Otherwise it has to be decided by the expert in Vastu Shastra field.

Our newly purchased house is having more open space at East side, one pandit from Pune came to our house and suggests us to construct one wall by dividing the entire plot into two parts. We purchased the house in September,1999, we done changes by pune pandit in the month of October,1999 and joined the house in the same month. I exactly can't say the date when we joined. After that we are so uneasy in that property, all of our works are pending and did not get any chances for happy business and new orders. There should not be any separate compound wall in our house premises.
