As much as sunrays affect everyone, Vastu shastra principles are also left their influence on everyone without distinction - such as rich or poor, Indian or American, do-gooders or evildoers, children or adults, males or females irrespective of caste and community.

Vastu principles stick to the construction in the same manner as a shadow of a human being. However, the effects of Vastu visible sometimes immediately, and sometimes shows later.
This depends on the terrain and Vastu influence of the neighborhood as well. (We shall deal with this subject later). This science rinciples have no discrimination as they do not possess a mind. This is invisible as much as air is.
The role of Vastu can best be compared to that of a doctor to a patient who cures the ailments affecting the patients. These principles help prevent afflicting of ailments to the construction.
The construction of premises be such that the various activities in the house such as cooking, washing, studying, etc are positioned in the premises in conformity of the duties and regulations of the presiding deities which would automatically bestow harmony and happiness to the residents. (For example, we don’t do cooking in the same room where we sleep or invite friends and relatives, etc.
Such activities are kept apart from each other for obvious reasons in addition while so doing this separation, if it perchance is in conformity with Vastu, harmony would be the result. As an example bedrooms are always painted green or blue and never red or yellow)
As a proven science it influences one and all – rich and poor, good and evildoers, children and adults, males and females, and the like of all religions.
As a science it knows no discrimination. As a shadow, it is glued to the construction. However as to the time when its effects manifest, one cannot be precise.
Sometimes it is instantaneous and at other times later. This depends upon the neighborhood Vastu. As a doctor to a patient so is Vastu to a construction.

I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him.
