71. Our water connection from local authority is given through a pipe which comes through the compound wall in the north-west direction. The under ground water tank is constructed in north-west exact. Is this ok or requires any corrections, remedy Please ?
Regularly every body is facing like this problems, dont worry, please do one alteration, place sump at Eshan, direct the pipe to Eshan corner, this is always best method and giving very good results in future to the inmates of the house.
72. I am renting a house the bathroom is there in the North-East Corner. Is it ok to rent the house?
Bathroom is not recommended in NE corner, this will always gives troubles to the inmates, but in some cases this will give very good results, how! yes there is one option, that is raising of Eshan with bathroom, means bath room is at Northeast corner but that portion is raising towards east or north, that means Eshan raise, in those case it will give good results to the inmates, not bad results.
73. My house is North-east facing plot. My question is 1.We have internal staircase in the North-east corner. Can you please let me know any remedies for this. 2.We have Pooja room under stair case but pooja room roof and internal stair case they both do not touch each other, there is 2 feet gap between two wall. Can you please let me know, this is right position. for the pooja room and stair case?
Stairs are best kept outside the main portion of the house. They are not well located if they are in the NE corner. No remedy except to remove the stair and remodel the house. 74. When some people build a temple they meet with accidents or some things face the death, why is God silent?
When temples are constructed the “Agama methods” and the “Vaastu methods” should be followed. Some think that god will look after all these things. This type of ideas will lead to a wrong path. Some buys plots or houses and sells them after some time to get profit. It is possible only if those plots and houses are in vaastu condition. If it is not according to vaastu, we cannot sell it for profit. Some people may meet with accidents. Some will get sickness and poverty. The prosperity also will go down.
