76. If the timber merchants wants to get profit in the business, what type of seat they must use to get profit?
For the timber shop facing south direction, he must keep the timbers in south or west part of the shop towards south west direction. The owner must sit in south-east direction and the path must be at the south-east. If the shop is at north direction, the owner must sit at the north-west direction. The customer’s path must be at north-east direction and keep the timbers in southwest place or south or west part of the shop for the customers to see. If the shop is at the east direction the owner must sit at the south-east direction. The customer’s path must be at north-east direction and the back part must be allotted for keeping timbers. If the shop is at the west part, the owner must sit at the south-west or Middle West part. The customer’s path must be north-west. The timbers must be kept at the west part and path must be left at east or north. Here keep some vacant place at East and North directions.
77. My pujaroom is in west direction..is it right direction for worship..give some suggestion?
Ok no problem, you can place pooja room at any where except Northeast corner or Southwest corners. Maximum vastu consultants says that pooja room should be at Northeast corner, but i am always condemn this because, Ishan corner should always be free, there should not be any construction, if there is a possibility of raising Ishan corner then you can place poora room directly there, no problem. Where as at Southwest corner, you should not keep pooja room there, its not advisable, becos southwest corner portion of the house should be occupied by the owner or articles, if you use it as pooja room, it will be vacant then, its not good for the inmates.
78. Can I benefit from using Vastu Shastra without demolishing my home and starting over?
There are two types of Vastu Dosha or Vastu defects. One is architectural defects like wrong selection of plot, wrong directions, faulty interior arrangements etc. Other type of Vastu Dosha is due to external factors like wrong type of surroundings and geography, blocked directions by surrounding structures or poles, temples etc. These days many remedies are available that do not require major demolition and construction changes. These remedies are based on placement of Yantras, element charts or different objects, pyramids etc. Some Puja, Dan and Mantras are also used for remedies. You can consult your Vastu consultant for more details.

The guest room should be in the north west of the house.

Yes it is one of the most applicable in the life. Vastu Shastra does matter .In fact all that surrounds us has an effect on us .Everything is connected .It is the way of building a house (Vastu) in correct manner .This is the way we are instructed (Shastra) that Vastu Shastra is the right way to build one's house. Vastu shastra will definitely works but only the thing is we have to select a good vaastu consultant. Vastu shastra works, vastu consultant may not work. So many have one idea that vastu is not working, this idea comes because, they may selected wrong vastu (quack) consultant or they may not done alteration as said by vastu consultant.
