81. I bought a Flat located in fourth floor. My flat entrance is at north and Master bedroom is located at SW and children bedroom is at NE. Kitchen is located at SE entrance from north. Wash basin is located on the east side which is restricting the person facing east while cooking. The only option left is, either facing south keeping the stove near the SE corner or west. Please give me your advice on which side of the kitchen would be more appropriate for keeping the stove?
Although flats are very difficult to judge in terms of Vastu, your flat sounds pretty good. Only a little bit alteration has to be done, always open the northeast bedroom door, to get good vibrations from northeast corner to the entire house. Regarding your kitchen that is very minute thing, that we can judge as keep the stove towards east wall at southeast corner of the kitchen. If so your face is to be directed to East.
82. We are looking at a lot that is west 95 width north 259.34 length east 111.49 width south 175.82 is this a good lot? The side of the street is facing west so we would have a west entry. Is this good?
This seems to be raising of Eshan corner or Raising of Agneya corner, if the raising of Eshan corner then this plot is wonderful. This is an odd shaped lot. If you are planning on walling the lot but if you can create a perfect Vastu compound within, then it's ok. West entry is fine if located properly.
83. In a living building in which part water pipes must be kept?
We can fix pipes at east, north northeast part of the walls of the house. In the same way we can keep the pipes on the east, north and northeast compound walls of the house.
84. While constructing a building we keep trust, worthy persons to look after building materials. But sometimes they are stolen. Is bad vaastu is responsible for the theft?
Generally the bad vaastu is the reason for these things. If there is vaastu defect in the new or old buildings, the pilferages will happen. At these times first dig one sump at Eshan corner and use water from this sump to construct a compound wall, then the problem mostly solved.

Yes, the persons work in a bad vaastu building will be affected woth evil effect. The good vaastu will left the status of the workers who work in a good vaastu houses, office building, workshops, schools and colleges.
