Vastu in Punjab:
Punjab, known for its highly fertile soil, is one of India's most agriculturally productive states. Often referred to as "The Land of Five Waters," this nickname stems from the five major rivers flowing through it: the Sutlej, Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, and Beas. We plan to introduce content in the Punjabi language soon.
We have a deep affection for Punjab, a region known for its industrious, bold, and confident people who have a passion for food. Illustrative Examples of Vastu
This West-facing factory is divided into two sections toward the North. The Northeast section includes structures, whereas the Northwest section is clear of any structures. This layout presents two Vastu discrepancies: the Northern Northeast is built-up, and the Northern Northwest remains an open space, adjoining the West road, creating what is known as a Northern Northwest Street Focus.
This configuration may lead to unfavorable outcomes for the property. These issues are not detectable through standard floor plans, which is why it's crucial for property owners to engage a renowned vastu expert for their factories to maintain trust in Vastu Shastra practices.
Visual Examples of Vastu
It's important to compare the previous image with this one. This property features structures in the Northern Northwest and an empty Northern Northeast, which could actually benefit this factory. There is a subtle Northern Northeast Street Focus that might not be easily noticeable. This slight influence from the Northern Northeast could be advantageous to the property. An experienced Vastu Pandit who visits this property would be able to quickly identify such characteristics.

Punjab Information:
Punjab is an Indian state located in the north-western part of the country. The state was once part of larger Punjab, that was later divided into two and became part of India and Pakistan.
It is 12th largest state of India in terms of area and covers 50,362 km2. Neighboring states include Haryana, Rajasthan, Jammu And Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
Punjab is famous for its inhabitants commonly known as ‘Sikhs’. These people have their own renowned culture, traditions, dresses, festivals moral values and religion.
They are also famous for their bravery and ethics. Punjab was commonly known as ‘Land of Five Rivers’ that include Sutlej, Ravi, Chenab, Bias, and Jhelum.
Unfortunately, only Sutlej, Ravi, and Beas are now in Indian Punjab. The rest of the two are in Pakistan. Chandigarh is the joint capital of both states, Punjab and Haryana.
The area of Punjab was once home to the renowned ‘Indus Valley Civilization’. Later on, many other empires and civilizations ruled the area like Vedic civilization, Gandhara, Mauryas, Kushans, etc.
In 330 BCE ‘Alexander the Great’ captured the area as he was driving his forces towards the west.
Location of Punjab has great strategic importance and serves as a gateway to the rest of India. This is the reason it was a passing area of many armies and was under constant attacks of Turks, Greeks, Muslims, Mongols, and Afghans.
Around 14th and 15th centuries, the area came under the reign of Muslim empire known as ‘Mughal Empire’ after Muslim king ‘Zaheer-Ud-Din Babar’ captured Delhi after the battle of Panipat. Sikhism also began to originate in the area and was a starting point of Sikh influence in the region.
As the Mughal empire began to decline, Sikhs position in the area got strong and better. The area then came under the rule of the Sikh empire (1801-1849) and included the Parts of Kashmir, Punjab, and Khyber. But sadly, it was too late and the British already had their foothold in the whole sub-continent.
After several battles and skirmishes, the area came under the occupation of British and got its independence in 1947.
Punjab’s dominating land is fertile, rich in soil and rich in quality. Also, the land is famous for its rivers, farmers face no issue of water as there is plenty of water available. Moreover, better strategy applied by the government like providing funds, digging canals, etc. has helped tremendously.
Some parts also include hills as the state is on the footsteps of mighty Himalayas. The geography also features Thar desert towards the south. The state has no forests or jungles, most of the territory includes plains, fertile lands, bushes, and shrubs.
The economy of Punjab is mostly agriculture based. Taking advantage of rich soil and plenty of water, number of corps, vegetables and fruits are grown in the state.
The major crop grown in the state is wheat. Other crops include cotton, rice, maize, barley, and sugarcane.
As the industrial sector of Punjab is not much developed, minor industrial goods are produced in the state like garments, bicycles, scientific instruments, textiles, sports goods, etc.
The demographics of Punjab is made up by the number of people of different ethical groups and religions. But the most dominating religion is Sikhism. Around 57.96% people follow Sikh faith. Sikh Gurdwaras can be found in every village, towns, and cities.
Each of it has its own style, shape, and structure. Other minority religions include Islam, Hinduism, Christianity, and Judaism. Punjabi is the official and most widely spoken language of Punjab. Other languages include Hindi, Tamil, and Urdu.
As mentioned earlier, Punjab is famous for its ethic, traditions, music, culture, clothes, moral values and religion.
People of Punjab, commonly known as ‘Sikhs’ are freedom loving and fierce.
This is the reason they have a long history of battles, campaigns and always giving tough resistance to foreign people. Punjabi culture features Punjabi language, folk music, cuisine, architect, and history.
Many Punjabis like to settle in Canada, particularly in Surrey and Brampton. Did you know Punjabi is the 3rd official language in Ontario, Canada. Further, Canada is also said to be mini Punjab.

We are tech professionals and working in USA. After a year long search we brought the house. After buying the house I started looking for consultant who can help me evaluating the house. I came across Subhavaastu website which has lot of information. I contacted Mr.Suresh and requested him to help with our house vastu. It has been an incredible delight working with him.. He is very detailed oriented person and never compromises with his work. I am typically not interested to deliver the reviews. But after working with Mr. Suresh I decided to share my experience. Mr. Suresh has great expertise in providing vastu consultation to USA property. He is always available through email and phone l to answer questions. I am writing this review hoping it will help other people like me who lives in abroad. Please take advise before buying the house. I highly recommend Mr. Suresh as he has great experience with structure of USA properties and also he provides genuine consultation. I really appreciate Mr. Suresh's help in evaluating our house - Padma - Boston - USA
"I contacted Sureshji to consult on our current home. He was spot on in identifying vastu dosha in regards to the problems we were having. He suggested remedies but we are still looking for a new house. Since then I have been in touch with him for finding a right home for us. He is very sincere and truly wishes better lives for everyone. He doesn’t compromise with quality and is always responsive to queries. He recommends solutions as per location as Vastu rules differ for each country. He is greatly contributing to the society with his knowledge of Vastu and dedication towards his work. Keep up the good work Sureshji and wish you success and happiness!" - Megha - Virginia - USA
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
