North Facing Home Vastu Plan

This is North Facing Home Vastu Plan, in this House plan there is no East road and shown one Car Shed separately at Southeast corner which is not touching the main house. Water storage sump and water bore well point was also clearly shown in this vastu floor plan. Staircase was placed at South direction.
Cloths washing area was shown at Northwest corner. Further there is a small separate room for watchman shown at Northwest corner.
A separate toilet was also pointed at Northwest corner. Two bedrooms one is Master Bedroom (MBR) which has toilet at Northwest and the MBR is at Southwest corner.
Hope you observed the more open space towards North than the South direction and more open space towards East direction than the West direction.
If you wish you may also placed the staircase towards Northwest or Southeast corner outside. Here we shown only inside staircase. In kitchen there is shelves placement was shown and additional utensils washing area also shown at Kitchen.
Observe two gates for the compound wall, one is bigger one for the car moving which is at Northeast-north and another one is regular usage purpose which is also placed at Northeast-north. Both these gates and door was exactly opposite to each other.
This is the right procedure of placing the door and gates. If you don't like to have the watchman room and additional toilet at outside then just remove them and use that entire place for your kids bedroom. You may also use West as the toilet for your kids in case if you don't like to have the watchman room at Northwest area.

I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects.
