Some Property owners are hardly trying to invite the consultants to their new properties, but suddenly they turn to quacks in the market because of after hearing high fee payments to the adept. The below information may useful for someone who seeks to buy a new property.
For the past many years we visited Visakhapatnam (place changed) for consultation, there is one Hotel owner by name of Srinivasa Rao (name changed) who is regularly taking consultation from us while we were visited for other properties, he is giving hosting in his hotel, it's great.
Please note that whenever we stay in his hotel, he took us to many places and obtained Vastu suggestions from us after showing a number of properties. So he is saving good money, we offered free Vastu consultancy services.
While it is so, one day he called and enquired about our next trip date, to his place, at that time we don't have any program in his place. We said will check the dates and confirm later. After passing 3 days again he called us and asked curiously about our next visit, he requires our consultation and it is an emergency for him. Actually, we don't have any program to his city at that time.
Again he called us after 2 days and asked the same, we replied with the same answer, later he took a decision and start the civil work at his hotel. Suddenly one day he asked us to visit his place, the system and procedure in between us is if he requires our consultation he should pay our fee if I visited his place for other properties then no payment for our services and no payment for his hotel.
Now he strongly requires our services and forcibly we visited his property, wonder, he already spent nearly 15 lac rupees and finally noted that he did mistakes there. We visited this new construction part and told him to demolish the entire structure. He never feels to demolish the structure, the next day the new construction was demolished with bulldozers.
Now compare our fee and his blind expenditure spent on new construction. On those days he used to pay a sum of some thousands of rupees, he would like to save our fee and taken his own decision and lost that fifteen lac rupees. Now compare our fee amount and his unnecessary expenditure.
What did he save, though this fifteen lac rupee is a very small amount to him in the year 2005. If we visited the property before starting the work, how much he save. This is only one small example.
What is the meaning of this incident, one should not waste the money unnecessarily, don't try to save small amounts compared with structural losses.
Before buying the plot/site/house doesn't get any second thought, first show that property with one virtuoso and later only decide to buy or not.
Avoid Buying These Properties
