How to solve if Death Happens before House Warming:
Siddarth Kumar was constructed his beautiful and dream house in Nagpur and he would like to perform House warming in 11th August, 2010 ( as per request of Kumar Ji, we hide the original date), he completed all works belongs to his dream home and selected stunning colors for his residence. Its two floor having wide open terrace built in total 14 cents. All is going well and entire family members were so happy after seeing the completion of the house work. Posted all the house warming welcoming cards to their relatives and friends requesting them for House Warming. Kumar ji completed all the works for the house warming and waiting for the 11th day of August to perform grand function, in the month of July he booked hotel rooms, booked rental cars to pick their relatives from railway station and to the concerned hotels. On 6th August, 2010 all family members went to market and brought the cloths and gift items for the relatives who are visiting for the house warming ceremony. Catering also scheduled as per request. Very near relatives came to the home and suddenly Siddarth Kumar grand father (79 years old man) expired with heart attack on 10th morning. Cremation ceremony completed on 11th where he wished to perform house warming, relations were attended the cremation ceremony instead of attending house warming and told Siddarth Kumar that he should not perform house warming ceremony upto August 2011 i.e., one year. This bad news causes all family members into sorrow moments, all are silent and were gone near to the new house and silently wept. We requested Kumar Ji to send the house plan and photos too. Due to the depression he could not sent them.
If a person dies in the family or relations, one should not perform the house warming ?, this rule was framed by our elders in olden days, what are the scientific reasons behind it. In olden days a person dies means, he may dies with fever or with some other deceases, on those days people does not have antibiotics easily available. So the bacteria will have life and live with the dead body and stays in the same house, that is why our elders passed a rule that if any death was happens in a house, one (others) should not go to that house within 11 days or the family members of the death person should not go to any others house upto 11 days, after Vaikunta Samaradhana (relations together doing prayers and taking food) only the ritual performed person has to first visit his maternal uncle or his wife parents house and then only he may uses to go to any others house, this is the rule passed by our elders. Why they insisted us for 11 days, the bacteria life may has and remains for 11 days.
Also they passed another rule that deceased bedroom/living room should be closed for one year completely. Air should not go to inside and inside air should not come outside, almost they requested to airtight the said room. Is this right or wrong, what is the scientific reasons behind it ? This is also the same rule, a batch of bacteria may harm the entire family members, so they warned to lock the room completely and asked family members for air tight the said room. Other than that there is no any other reasons behind it. Now a days we have antibiotics easily available every where and we can fight with almost all or most of the bacteria attacking human beings.
If a person dies, is the family members has to left the house for 6 months. Is it right ?, please note that in some areas some different rules were framed, all these rules were framed only in view of people health and security only. One should not be a victim with old and traditional rules which were framed centuries back, no need to worry at all.
If father dies should children compulsory go for tonsure their heads, is it compulsory. Is there any reason behind it. Yes, tonsure head indicates other residents that his close relations were passed away and they may not enters others property for certain period and they may not asked them to visit their homes. Also people asking the tonsured person that why you for tonsure, did you gone to Tirumala Balaji Temple ?, they will get confirm for the reason behind for the tonsure head. Why one has to go for tonsure if any close relation passed away. The exact reason is indicates a death in his house and its an almost advertisement to the entire villagers etc, and more over tonsure head is always good. If you remembered or not but elders are generally go with tonsure their children head once a year. This is originally good as per health wise. With tonsure, hairs will get good life and dandruff etc will not affect without hair, yes its fact that dandruff or some other deceases will minimize when there is no hair. Our elders are always thought about our health and more cautious for good health.
Old is Gold, those days people does not have hurry life, everything is peaceful, people wish each others and enquire about every body of others family members, now we are turning to other roads if any body who knows to us is coming in front of us, we don’t have time and we are very busy with social media or observing videos, we are very very busy. This is our present life, pity. (This matter is from www.SubhaVaastu.com Website). At present our life is so busy, what shall we do now, shall we stop the house warming for one year if any close relation passed away. No need at all.
For public sake wait for atleast 41 days and start the house warming as usual. If you are living in other country for example if you are living in USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Dubai etc and your grand father who lives in Nagpur or Bangalore or New Delhi dies, then on need to wait for 41 days too. After the Vaikunta Samaradhana (i.e., after 16 days, some body is doing the same ritual only after 11 days, some are doing after 13 days etc) is over then you may start for house warming ceremony, no need to wait for such a long time say about one year or even 41 days also, if you have patience and things are supports then you may plan for a period of 41 days atleast, if you have more patience then you may wait for 6 months or one year. If you are living in India and any of elder passed away then please listen your elders voice, its better, otherwise every body may point out if any small negative things happens in your house or in your life.
While in Oman country visit, Mr. Suresh observed one local Omani death, Mr. Suresh stand near by that house and observed their rituals, Omanis taken away the body and kept some time at outside for visitors and later taken away body and there after every body including the family members attended their regular duties, the next day they open their shops as usual, where as in India, people never attend their jobs or not opening their shops atleast one week some may open shops after 11 days i.e, after Vaikunta Samaradhana, some may opens the shops after 3 days because of urgency disposing files or clearing stocks etc.

We are tech professionals and working in USA. After a year long search we brought the house. After buying the house I started looking for consultant who can help me evaluating the house. I came across Subhavaastu website which has lot of information. I contacted Mr.Suresh and requested him to help with our house vastu. It has been a great pleasure working with him. He is very detailed oriented person and never compromises with his work. I am typically not interested to deliver the reviews. But after working with Mr. Suresh I decided to share my experience. Mr. Suresh has great expertise in providing vastu consultation to USA property. He is always available through email and phone l to answer questions. Hello Sir, My name is Bharathi. Me and my husband have been reading your articles closely. We really appreciate the effort put by you to share your knowledge about vastu and it’s effects - Bharathi - USA.
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
