South Australia Information:
“South Australia” is the fourth largest state of Australia located in the South-central part of the country. It is bordered by all other Australian states and is bordered by New South Wales towards the East direction, and Victoria towards the Southeast direction, and towards West direction Western Australia, and Queensland towards the Northeast direction, and Northern territory towards the North. The state is famous for its wilderness, vineyards, agricultural plains, beaches, and festivals. Another interesting fact about the state is, its entire population is centralized and 75% of the total state’s population lives in the capital Adelaide and its suburbs.
Human activity in the region dates back to approx 20,000 years ago. Before the arrival of the Europeans, the region was inhabited by the indigenous Australian people (Aboriginal Australians) that migrated from present-day Indonesia region. Also, tools and mining actives of human dates back to around 60,000 years ago. The area first came in contact with Europeans in 1627 with a Dutch ship. Later, many British and Franch expeditions, explorer and Naval personal sighted the coastal areas numerous times but no permanent settlement came from any side. In 1834, “South Australian Act” was passed to award the land for a new British colony in South Australia free of convicts (most of the other Australian colonies were made up of convicts) and the ships carrying the colonists left for South Australia and after eight months of Voyage, they reached their destination. Rear-Admiral Sir John Hindmarsh of the Royal Navy was made the First Governor General of the state. After the landing, several expeditions were sent inland to find more suitable land with basic supplies like fresh water, arable land, and trees. Although, in starting the settlers faced numerous difficulties but as the time passed, the situation got better and agriculture, cattle, and small Industries were started. By 1856, South Australia became a self-governing state. in 1901, similar to other Australian states, South Australia halted self-governing and became a state of “Common Wealth of Australia”. As the World War 1 started, 29,000 South Australians volunteered to fight and left to Europe and other continents, many of which never came back.
The geography of South Australia has diverse features and is famous for huge masses of arable lands especially the Northern and Western parts. Other features include lakes, mountains forests, and deserts. Temperatures are high in the state especially the summer time and the highest recorded temperature of the region is 50˚C. Mount Lofty-Flinders is the most extensive mountain range of the state while Woodroffe is the state’s highest point. Majority of the population is concentrated in the capital city Adelaide and other fertile lands.
The South Australian economy is dominated by manufacturing and agricultural sector. As described earlier, South Australia has huge arable land and cultivation, agricultural activities, cattle and vineyards can be found all over the state. Some major agricultural products are vine, wool, and wheat. The manufacturing industry accounts for 44% of the total Australian manufacturing and includes automobile manufacturing, electronics, defense equipment, machinery, metal manufacturers and petroleum products. The “Olympic Dam” (a mine in a Northern part of South Australia) is largest Uranium mine in the world.
Today almost 75% of the inhabitants of South Australia are decedents of the British people that migrated from UK.

Hello Sir, My name is Bharathi. Me and my husband have been reading your articles closely. We really appreciate the effort put by you to share your knowledge about vastu and it’s effects - Bharathi - USA.
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA

Joke Of the Day
A man was complaining to a railroad engineer.
What's the use of having a train schedule if the trains are always late.
The railroad engineer replied.
How would we know they were late, if we didn't have a schedule?
