Car Shed Vaastu Shastra Tips | Car Parking Placement Vaastu Tips: In our olden days some of our relations may have a single car and telephone, on those days many talked about them on their Car and telephone, maybe talk of the town or village on those days. It's very great news for everybody. Those days if we have motorcycle its nothing but prestigious.
Believe it or not, in the year 1978 we fought with our elders only for the bicycle. Once we got the cycle, we wrote letters to all of our family relations and friends that we bought cycle. We distributed sweets on those days, almost all relations discussed on our new cycle purchase. We wrote a letter to our relation who works in New Jersey and Texas. The funny thing is that if we bought a cycle now, almost all of our relations will discuss on this subject. Those days it's prestigious, nowadays its . . . . What is it?
More recently, having the vehicle as well as the telephone is a very common thing. We are accustomed for luxuries, but nowadays car may not be the luxury, it is very common need vehicle in cities. When in any event that one doesn't have vehicle/car/four wheeler, other people might have shame upon him. When somebody does not require vehicle they are also planning to buy only because of prestige.
Coming to the point about car shed or Car Garage. Is it required to follow vastu shastra principles for the car shed?. Is it necessary, if this is your question, here is our answer, yes, YES.
Car is not a small or minute thing. It’s a heavy gauge item and occupies large part of the home, so here Vastu works, if there is a motor cycle or bicycle, there is no need to discuss about it, because its not a heavy item or not occupy the heavy place. We have to maintain only simple vastu technique for motorcycle or bicycle, what is that? If your home is East facing house or North Facing House then park the motorcycle or bicycle, not exactly at Northeast corner but park at NE quadrant, it’s enough for the motorcycle.
But whereas car we must provide importance for the parking, placing and shed. Where should place the car, its parking area or shed, porch, if the property has Cellar then where to place car in that Basement, if one has two cars or three cars where to place them according to Vaastu shastra, we will discuss many things here.
We should not park the car at Northeast (Eshan) corner, if your position is compulsory to park at NE corner then you have to dig one sump at Northeast (Ishan) corner, its must and the West and South walls should be built as much as strong. Nowadays most of the house residents are parking their vehicle at Northeast only because there is no space to park the vehicle as per Vastu Shastra. Here one point has to be discussed, if everybody who are living in that same facing homes parked their vehicles at NE corner, then whatever the negative power, it will spreads among all. So nothing to worry about car parking at NE corner. This point may be critical to understand, try many times, then one may easily catch the logic here.
At any cost the "CARSHED" that to "independent car shed" should not be constructed at Northeast (Eshan) corner. Please note that you may park the car at Northeast, but should not construct the car garage ("independent car garage" ) at Northeast, here also one logic works. Before that we should know how many types of garages are there.
Garages built outside of the home, but having direct access to the main home, which are very common in UK.
Some homes the car shed is extended to the main home, these are very common in USA.
Some residents are asking about our garage is at East direction, is it good or bad.
Some residents asking our garage is at Northeast corner, is it OK or not.
Did you read the entire above content, then did you understand how big this subject is. overall, this car shed is not very easy subject, it requires lot of information to understand first. Afterwards only we have to decide which place is good or which place is bad. When residents are asking questions, first we need to know what type of that car shed is and where is that car shed, to which direction that car shed is extended, is that car garage is at basement or ground level only, is that car shed is inside of the home or outside of the home, if so which direction, what are the directional degrees of the site. The facts of the house should be understand first. Is the residents clearly providing al such information? Never, that is why some residents say that this vastu is not working.
Please see, if we need to get solutions for our problems, then first we should explain the exact position fo the rooms, etc with vastu consultant, better he should first visit the site, or he has to observe the property through online. Over phone discussion, things cannot become smooth. Further, and belatedly, residents will be the loser, if they are not providing the very good information.
If the car garage is having pathway from the house, then it's not a problem, if there is no interlinking or interconnectivity from the main house to this car garage then a big problem arises. In other countries, we may see such type of constructions. In India its less in number.
Usually, some residents construct the car shed at Southeast (Agneya) corner, they may try at SE place, but the carshed should not touch the East Compound Wall.
Better to leave some space in between the carshed and East boundary wall. This car shed should not touch the main home. So there should be some open space in between main house and car shed and again open space in between car shed and East compound wall. Hope this clarifies the point. Some body may directly covered the entire Southeast corner for their garage, this would inject negative Vastu Effects on them.
Also we should not cornered the Vayavya (Northwest) corner in the name of carshed. It’s also not good and sometimes it’s dangerous also. Don't construct the car shed exactly at Northwest corner as this may lead to many critical problems to the residents. Leave some space in between car shed and North Compound Wall. So here please understand some open space should be left in between main home and carshed and again some open space in between car garage and North boundary wall.
What about Southwest Nairuthi corner car shed. It’s a wonderful idea and best and suitable place for car shed. One may cover the entire Southwest part as car garage, but this car garage should not touch the main house.
South direction one may construct car garage.
West direction is also suitable for the garage.
Don't Plan to construct car garage towards North direction.
East direction is not good for this car garage.
Northeast constructing car garage is dangerous.
The above recommendations are only structure without touching the main house. If the same structure was touching the main house the rules are different. For each and every thing Vasthu principles may vary.
We will discuss more and more about car shed, because its not a simple thing, its necessary for most of the people. In mega cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore almost high percentage of people own their cars, hope this content may be useful for them, please inform to your friends.

I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
